The turkey, quail, dove, duck, and occasional pheasant hunting is also tremendous on the ranch.

There is an additional 2,195 acres that is currently under lease for an additional 10 years, making the overall ranch size 6,999.5 acres. This lease provides additional amazing terrain and Cimarron River frontage.
